I absolutely love a smoothie bowl. They are whole-food and plant-based supplements that pack a powerful punch to the body and the immune system. Fueling off natural sugars are always BEST. You cannot go wrong with any combination. If you are new to this... I suggest trying this simple one- feel free to add whatever you like. I have added a few optional ingredients for next time. But start simple. These bowls are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, sweet tooth, or just because. Non-guilty food and pleasure. Cheers

Prep Time: 5 minutes (cleaning and freezing fruit)

Completion: 5 minutes


For the Base:

Frozen Fruit:

2 - Ripe Bananas

6- Juicy Strawberries

1- Peach [optional]

1/2 - Avocado [optional]- **this is the magic to the potion**

10 (handful) of spinach leaves or Kale (optional)


For the Toppings:

This section is completely optional - if you have these ingredients on hand- add them in to meet all your dietary and nutritional needs.

  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • goji berries 
  • granola 
  • fresh berries 
  • cinnamon




Place all frozen fruits and leafy greens into the blender and blend to your desired consistency. 

Put all contents in bowl and pack on the toppings

Grab a spoon and enjoy
