You cannot go wrong with any combination. If you are new to this... I suggest trying this simple one- feel free to add whatever you like. I have added a few optional ingredients for next time. Frozen Fruit:
2 - Ripe Bananas
6- Juicy Strawberries
1- Peach [optional]
1/2 - Avocado [optional]- **this is the magic to the potion**
10 (handful) of spinach leaves or Kale (optional)

Directions:
Place all frozen fruits and leafy greens into the blender and blend to your desired consistency.
Put all contents in bowl and pack on the toppings
